Hilton Berlin Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions like the Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie. The atmosphere in the lobby is lovely, especially with the festive decor during the holiday season. The room I stayed in was a bit dated, and I experienced some issues like a leaky shower. My stay was enjoyable due to the location and the friendly staff, but there is room for improvement in room maintenance.

Generally, the place was modern and had very very helpful staff on shift. The atmosphere created was quiet. I have just spent 3 days in king room with the Dome view as well as balcony, and liked it.

we found that breakfast was constant battle to get cutlerey milk plates were not collected the food was not replaced promptly people were consantly ask for bread and other items it probably the worse bacon i have ever seen in this standard of hotel everthing else was great

Location is very nice.

Even that I made a reservation online using Booked.net when arrived at Hilton they did not have the reservation. Then they charged my credit card as soon as we arrived there without asking me. It was a problem with their system and my credit card did not work. I had to make a cash deposit. Next day their system accepted my credit card. But they blocked our door so we were not able to enter our room. For a hotel that pretend to be one of the best in the world this behavior looks rude. Especially that I am a Hilton Honor member. Funny isn't it? Probably the staff worked for stasi before Hilton.

The location of the hotel was excellent being very close to the metro station and situated in a ery nice area of the city within walking distance of one or two good restuarants.I Also enjoyed the leisure facilities in the hotel - helpful staff and very relaxing.

Do feel it would have been helpful had they listed there were tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

Very near to the place of meeting

Fantastic location near to the main city centre points of interest and directly on the underground to wander further afield. Very comfortable hotel with great facilities. Breakfast excellent.

Comfortable beds made for a restful night.

For a 5 stars luxory hotel, the service was not top. the breakfast as good as normal 3 stars hotel not so many options were available.No gesture from the hotel e.g in the bar. even when you order cocktails wich are quite expensive, they offer no chips , or nuts or nothing.

Everything was excellent -the location, the breakfast, the service, the smiley and polite staff. I would go back anytime.

Luxurious room, fantastic location, with a very refreshing indoor swimming pool to relax after a day of exploring just a short walk from the underground station.
